Role of a Local Organizer

As a Local Organizer, you will play a key role in promoting the competition and supporting students in your community. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring fair and equal participation for all delegations
• Promoting XPERTSTEM within schools and educational institutions
• Sharing accurate contact details of the local coordinator responsible for the competition
• Visiting schools to introduce the competition and distributing promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and posters
• Providing a suitable environment for students to participate in the Qualification Round
• Communicating with parents of qualified students and sharing details about the XPERTSTEM Elite Finals
