Tony Oulton is an experienced educator and senior leader, currently serving as Headteacher of Bosworth Independent School. Educated at the University of Oxford, he has held a number of prominent leadership roles across the independent and state education sectors, including Principal of Hulme Grammar School and Acting Principal of Pimlico Academy.

His previous experience also includes Head of Sixth Form at St Albans High School for Girls, as well as Head of Department and Oxbridge Coordinator at Woldingham School. Tony is recognised for his strategic vision, strong business acumen, and deep commitment to student wellbeing. He is passionate about delivering academic excellence and transforming the school experience for every student.

In addition to his school leadership roles, Tony Oulton is a member of the XPERTSTEM Academic Board, contributing his expertise to the development and oversight of high-quality STEM education initiatives.
