Verity is an experienced senior leader with a strong track record of driving school improvement, developing staff, and enhancing student outcomes. As Deputy Headteacher Academic, she leads on teaching and learning, professional development, and the extensive programme of electives at Guildhouse School. Verity holds a BA in History and French from the University of Nottingham and a PGCE in Secondary Modern Foreign Languages from University College London. She is passionate about fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where every student can thrive, working in close partnership with students, families, and staff to achieve the very best.

In addition to her school leadership roles, Verity Hadden is a member of the XPERTSTEM Academic Board, contributing his expertise to the development and oversight of high-quality STEM education initiatives.
