XPERTSTEM Natural Science Challenge

XPERTSTEM is world-class Natural Science, Biology, Chemistry and Physics knowledge competitions for students from grades 3 to 12, including the Mathematics, Coding and English, that seeks to ensure that all students have an opportunity to pursue a career in STEM that seeks to identify the next generation of scientific leaders.

Students in grade division 1, 2 and 3 will write Natural Science while grade division 4 and 5 may choose one of the science subjects.

Natural Science Challenge

The objective of a natural science competition is multifaceted, including to identify and cultivate future scientific leaders by stimulating an interest in the sciences and challenging students to creatively solve scientific problems. XPERTSTEM also serve to foster international collaboration by building a network of young scientists, encouraging cross-cultural dialogue, and promoting exchanges of ideas and educational materials in the field. Furthermore, they aim to encourage academic excellence by inspiring students to pursue careers in science and technology and to contribute to solving pressing global issues in areas like health, agriculture, and environmental stewardship.

IGNITION TEST

- First test of the Online Qualification round.
- 30 multiple-choice questions from the first chapter of the syllabus.
- 80 minutes time limit for finishing the test.

Deadline: 2nd December 2026
Test date: 5th December 2026

ACCELERATION TEST

- Second test of the Online Qualification round.
-30 multiple-choice questions from the second chapter of the syllabus.
- 80 minutes time limit for finishing the test.

Deadline: 27th January 2027
Test date: 30th January 2027

FINAL ORBIT TEST

- Third test of the Online Qualification round.
- 30 multiple-choice questions from the third chapter of the syllabus.
- 80 minutes time limit for finishing the test.

Deadline: 17th March 2027
Test date: 20th March 2027
